Robots\uff08HRs\uff09\u5728\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4fb5\u72af\u96b1\u79c1\u76846\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u4ee5\u7f8e\u570b\u61b2\u6cd5\u548c\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u6c7a\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0dHRs\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u6216\u5b58\u53d6HRs\u6240\u8490\u96c6\u4e4b\u500b\u8cc7\uff0c\u5340\u5206\u6210\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\uff08law enforcement\uff09\u8207\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\uff08private party\uff09\u4e4b\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5\u76f8\u95dc\u5224\u6c7a\u7d50\u679c\u4f86\u5206\u6790\u8207\u985e\u6bd4\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u4e0d\u540c\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u6216\u5b58\u53d6\u4eba\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u4fb5\u72af\u96b1\u79c1\u7684\u5224\u51c6\u70ba\u4f55\u3002\u4f5c\u8005\u6240\u6307\u7684HRs\uff0c\u70ba\u53ef\u81ea\u884c\u79fb\u52d5\u3001\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3001\u5177\u6709\u793e\u4ea4\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u4e26\u57fa\u65bcHRs\u904b\u4f5c\u6240\u9700\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u611f\u61c9\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u9304\u88fd\u3001\u8207\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5206\u4eab\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u5c07\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b58\u5165\u96f2\u7aef\u7b49\u57fa\u672c\u529f\u80fd\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5728\u672a\u6709\u500b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u6216\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u4f7f\u7528HRs\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u589e\u5f37\u611f\u6e2c\u4e4b\u8a2d\u5099\uff08sense-enhancing technology\uff09\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9cHRs\u4fb5\u72af\u96b1\u79c1\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5728\u65bc\u8a72\u79d1\u6280\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u4e00\u822c\u5927\u773e\u6703\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u8a2d\u5099\uff08common technology\uff09\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8b66\u65b9\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f7f\u7528\u975e\u5927\u773e\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u71b1\u611f\u61c9\u5f71\u50cf\u53bb\u770b\u5225\u4eba\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff1b\u800c\u79c1\u4ebaHRs\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5247\u5fc5\u7136\u6703\u7522\u751f\u7a76\u8cac\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u8a31\u53efHRs\u9032\u5165\u5bb6\u4e2d\u3001\u4f46\u500b\u4eba\u4e26\u672a\u5141\u8a31\u5176\u9304\u88fd\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u56e0\u4eba\u5011\u6709\u5408\u7406\u96b1\u79c1\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u653f\u5e9cHRs\u56e0\u800c\u4e0d\u5f97\u5728\u672a\u7d93\u500b\u4eba\u5141\u8a31\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9304\u88fd\uff1b\u800c\u79c1\u4ebaHRs\u7684\u9304\u88fd\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u4fb5\u72af\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\uff0c\u4f9d\u806f\u90a6\u5de1\u8ff4\u6cd5\u9662\u4e4b\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u5247\u9808\u8996\u9304\u88fd\u5730\u9ede\u7684\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u5373\u5c6c\u516c\u958b\u5834\u5408\u6216\u5c6c\u79c1\u4eba\u4f4f\u5b85\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u672c\u8eab\u64c1\u6709HRs\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u500b\u4eba\u7121\u6cd5\u62d2\u7d55\u5176\u9032\u5165\u5bb6\u4e2d\u8207\u9304\u88fd\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u96d6\u5df2\u6709\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u6c7a\u6307\u51fa\u653f\u5e9c\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u53d6\u5f97\u901a\u8a0a\u8a18\u9304\uff0c\u4f46HRs\u6240\u8a18\u9304\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u9060\u6bd4\u901a\u8a0a\u8a18\u9304\u66f4\u70ba\u654f\u611f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u4fb5\u72af\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\uff1b\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u53d6\u5f97\u9019\u4e9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u662f\u5426\u4fb5\u72af\u96b1\u79c1\uff0c\u5247\u7531\u4eba\u5011\u662f\u5426\u8003\u91cf\u5230\u8cc7\u8a0a\u88ab\u63ed\u9732\u4e4b\u98a8\u96aa\u8207\u6cd5\u5ead\u5224\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u654f\u611f\u500b\u8cc7\u800c\u5b9a\u3002\u7b2c\u56db\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u7c3d\u7f72\u96b1\u79c1\u6b0a\u653f\u7b56\uff08private policy\uff09\u5f8c\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u9084\u53ef\u4fdd\u6709\u96b1\u79c1\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4ee5\u73fe\u6709\u4e4b\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u6c7a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u8207\u500b\u4eba\u5373\u4fbf\u6709\u7c3d\u5c6c\u96b1\u79c1\u6b0a\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u6b64\u5354\u8b70\u800c\u53d6\u6d88\u500b\u4eba\u5c0d\u65bc\u5176\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u96b1\u79c1\u671f\u5f85\uff1b\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u76ee\u524d\u96d6\u50c5\u5728\u5546\u696d\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e0b\uff0c\u6703\u56e0\u96b1\u79c1\u653f\u7b56\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u6216\u672a\u6309\u5176\u5167\u5bb9\u9032\u884c\u6642\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u8655\u7f70\uff0c\u4f46\u6cd5\u9662\u4ecd\u53ef\u5c31\u5be6\u969b\u96b1\u79c1\u5167\u5bb9\u4f86\u8003\u91cf\u662f\u5426\u4fb5\u72af\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u56e0\u5df2\u6709\u7c3d\u5c6c\u5354\u8b70\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e94\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bcHRs\u53ef\u80fd\u8a98\u5c0e\u4eba\u5011\u56e0\u5c0dHRs\u7684\u4fe1\u8cf4\u800c\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u500b\u8cc7\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u90e8\u4efd\u9808\u8996\u6cd5\u5ead\u5c0dHRs\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u985e\u6bd4\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u985e\u6bd4\u65bc\u865b\u5047\u670b\u53cb\uff08false friend\uff09\u6216\u985e\u6bd4\u65bc\u65e5\u8a18\uff08diary\uff09\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u4fdd\u8b77\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff1b\u4f46\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u82e5\u5c07HRs\u8a2d\u8a08\u6210\u975e\u5982\u5be6\u969b\u4e0a\u53ef\u4fe1\u8cf4\u3001\u6216\u4ee5\u6b3a\u9a19\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\u4ee5\u53d6\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u8a8d\u70ba\u90fd\u5c07\u9069\u7528\u65bcFTC\uff08Federal Trade commission\uff09\u7684\u6b3a\u779e\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff08Section 5, Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices\uff09\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u7279\u6709\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5373\u900f\u904eHRs\u65bc\u5bb6\u4e2d\u7684\u9304\u88fd\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u8996\u70ba\u5982\u540c\u4eba\u6c11\u53ef\u9304\u88fd\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e4b\u6b0a\u5229\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\uff0c\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u7f8e\u570b\u61b2\u6cd5\u7b2c\u4e00\u589e\u4fee\u689d\u6587\u7684\u6240\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u65bc\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\u4e26\u672a\u7d66\u51fa\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u53d7\u5230\u61b2\u6cd5\u7b2c\u56db\u589e\u4fee\u689d\u6587\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u5177\u9ad4\u4e4b\u4eba\u8eab\u3001\u4f4f\u6240\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u8207\u8ca1\u52d9\u4e4b\u641c\u7d22\uff0c\u9808\u65bc\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u9032\u884c\uff1b\u76f8\u5f62\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u300c\u7121\u5f62\u300d\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u53d6\u5f97\uff0c\u537b\u672a\u80fd\u6709\u76f8\u61c9\u4e4b\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u5982\u7f8e\u570b\u81ea1970\u5e74\u4ee3\u958b\u59cb\u4e4b\u591a\u500b\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u4f8b\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u5224\u6c7a\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u70ba\u5408\u6cd5\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u4e4b\u901a\u8a0a\u7d00\u9304\u6216\u9280\u884c\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5c0d\u7121\u5f62\u500b\u8cc7\u7684\u53d6\u5f97\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u56e0\u6b64\u5408\u7406\u5316\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7336\u4ed6\u5dde\uff08Utah\uff09\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u4e94\u6708\u958b\u59cb\u57f7\u884c\u4e4bEIDP\uff08Electronic Information or Data Privacy Act\uff09\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u8996\u70ba\u56de\u61c9\u653f\u5e9c\u53d6\u5f97\u7121\u5f62\u500b\u8cc7\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u958b\u7aef\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u5c0d\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u8cc7\u7684\u6cd5\u5236\u9032\u5c55\u5916\uff0c\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u5728\u500b\u8cc7\u7684\u8490\u96c6\u8207\u5229\u7528\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53d7\u5230\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u56b4\u683c\u6aa2\u8996\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982Google\u65bc\u4eca\u5e74\u4e00\u6708\u88ab\u6cd5\u570bCNIL\uff08Commission Nationale de l&#8217;Informatique et des Libert\u00e9s\uff09\u4ee5\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8db3\u5920\u8a0a\u606f\u3001\u9055\u53cdGDPR\u800c\u958b\u7f705\u5343\u842c\u6b50\u5143\uff0c\u53c8\u6216\u7fa9\u5927\u5229\u5c0d\u65bcFacebook\u5728\u528d\u6a4b\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\u7684\u500b\u8cc7\u6feb\u7528\u800c\u958b\u7f701\u767e\u842c\u6b50\u5143\u3002\u800c\u52a0\u5dde\uff08California\uff09\u66f4\u9810\u8a08\u65bc\u660e\u5e74\u6b63\u5f0f\u65bd\u884cCCPA\uff08California Consumer Privacy Act\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u500b\u8cc7\u8490\u96c6\u8207\u5229\u7528\u4e0a\u7684\u900f\u660e\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u6216\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5982\u540cKaminski\u6559\u6388\u65bc\u672c\u6587\u4e2d\u6240\u5206\u6790\u7684\u516d\u7a2eHRs\u53ef\u80fd\u4fb5\u5bb3\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\u7684\u6839\u672c\u6027\u554f\u984c\u5728\u65bc\uff0c\u79d1\u6280\u5df2\u7d93\u767c\u5c55\u5230\u500b\u8cc7\u7121\u8655\u4e0d\u88ab\u8490\u96c6\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\uff0c\u5728\u500b\u8cc7\u88ab\u8490\u96c6\u7684\u754c\u7dda\u9010\u6f38\u6de1\u53bb\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\u4e0d\u53d7\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u6216\u79c1\u4eba\u6a5f\u69cb\u4e4b\u4fb5\u72af\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u767c\u5c55\u5fc5\u9808\u8981\u8655\u7406\u7684\u8ab2\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
