Superior Wood Pty Ltd\u4e00\u6848\uff0c\u65bc2019\u5e745\u67081\u65e5\u505a\u51fa\u518d\u5be9\u5224\u6c7a\uff0c\u5224\u5b9a\u54e1\u5de5Lee\u50c5\u56e0\u62d2\u7d55\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u7d0b\u800c\u906d\u5230\u89e3\u96c7\uff0c\u70ba\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u89e3\u96c7\uff08unfair dismissal\uff09\u3002\u672c\u6848\u70ba\u6fb3\u6d32\u5c0d\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u4e0b\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5fb5\u8cc7\u6599\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u5224\u6c7a\uff0c\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u5177\u6709\u6307\u6a19\u6027\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superior Wood\u70ba\u64c1\u6709150\u540d\u54e1\u5de5\u4e4b\u96c6\u5718\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u65bc2017\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u70ba\u4f7f\u4e0a\u4e0b\u73ed\u51fa\u52e4\u8cc7\u6599\u6e96\u78ba\u8207\u85aa\u8cc7\u7d66\u4ed8\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u54e1\u5de5\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u6a5f\uff08fingerprint scanners\uff09\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u66f8\u9762\u7c3d\u5230\u8207\u7c3d\u9000\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\uff08Site Attendance Policy\uff09\uff1a\u8aaa\u660e\u6240\u6709\u54e1\u5de5\u9808\u914d\u5408\u6307\u7d0b\u6253\u5361\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5ee2\u6b62\u539f\u66f8\u9762\u7c3d\u5230\u9000\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2018\u5e741\u6708\u6b63\u5f0f\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6253\u5361\u3002\u5df2\u6709\u4e09\u5e74\u5e74\u8cc7\u7684\u54e1\u5de5Lee\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u9867\u616e\u6307\u7d0b\u70ba\u5176\u500b\u4eba\u7368\u7279\u4e4b\u751f\u7269\u8b58\u5225\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u8003\u91cf\u5230\u6307\u7d0b\u8cc7\u6599\u7121\u6cd5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6c92\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b58\u53d6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64Lee\u62d2\u7d55\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u7d0b\uff0c\u4e5f\u62d2\u7d55\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6253\u5361\uff0c\u4f46\u6301\u7e8c\u63a1\u7528\u7d19\u672c\u7c3d\u5230\u9000\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u7d00\u9304\u51fa\u52e4\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5411Lee\u4fdd\u8b49\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u4ed6\u4eba\u5b58\u53d6\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u4f5c\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u7528\u9014\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4ee5\u66f8\u9762\u8207\u53e3\u982d\u544a\u77e5Lee\u82e5\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u516c\u53f8\u89e3\u96c7\uff1b\u516c\u53f8\u65bc2018\u5e742\u6708\u7d42\u6b62Lee\u7684\u8058\u96c7\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002Lee\u56e0\u800c\u5411FWO\u63d0\u51fa\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u89e3\u96c7\u7684\u7533\u8a34\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FWOFB\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5c31\u89e3\u96c7\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e0a\uff0cSuperior Wood\u4e26\u7121\u7455\u75b5\uff0c\u56e0\u5df2\u591a\u6b21\u544a\u77e5Lee\u82e5\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u89e3\u96c7\uff1b\u4f46\uff0cSuperior Wood\u80fd\u5426\u50c5\u56e0Lee\u7684\u62d2\u7d55\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\u800c\u89e3\u96c7Lee\uff0cFWOFB\u8a8d\u70ba\u6b64\u7406\u7531\u4e0d\u5177\u6709\u6b63\u7576\u6027\uff08valid reason\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u8003\u91cf\u6709\u4e8c\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u672a\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u70ba\u5408\u7406\u89e3\u96c7Lee\u7684\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8a72\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408\u6fb3\u6d32\u96b1\u79c1\u6cd5PA1988\uff08The Privacy Act 1988\uff09\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5\u62d2\u7d55\u9075\u5b88\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\u800c\u89e3\u96c7Lee\uff0c\u7531\u65bcLee\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5951\u7d04\u50c5\u8aaa\u660e\u9808\u9075\u5b88\u7c3d\u7d04\u7576\u6642\u5df2\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u7684\u51fa\u52e4\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u9700\u4ee5\u662f\u5426\u5408\u7406\u8207\u5408\u6cd5\uff08reasonable and lawful\uff09\u4f86\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<br>\nSuperior Wood\u70baPA1988\u898f\u7bc4\u4e0b\u4e4b\u4f01\u696d\u9ad4\uff08APP\uff08Australia Privacy Principle, PA1988 Schedule 1\uff09entity\uff09\uff0c\u5728\u8655\u7406\u654f\u611f\u500b\u8cc7\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u500b\u4eba\u7368\u7279\u751f\u7269\u7279\u5fb5\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u9075\u5b88\u6fb3\u6d32\u96b1\u79c1\u539f\u5247APP\u6240\u8a02\u5b9a\u4e4b\u8490\u96c6\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\uff08APP 3\uff09\uff0c\u8490\u96c6\u524d\u544a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\uff08APP 5\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u500b\u8cc7\u4fdd\u5b58\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff08APP 11\uff09\u7b49\u898f\u7bc4\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u96c7\u4e3b\u56e0\u96c7\u50ad\u95dc\u4fc2\u4f7f\u7528\u54e1\u5de5\u4e4b\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u54e1\u5de5\u7d00\u9304\uff08employee record\uff09\uff08PA1988 S7B\uff083\uff09\uff09\u5f97\u514d\u9664PA1988\u4e4b\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u4f46\uff0cFWOFB\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u6b64\u8655\u4e4b\u54e1\u5de5\u7d00\u9304\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5df2\u6301\u6709\uff08held\uff09\u4e4b\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u6b63\u5728\u5f62\u6210\u3001\u6216\u5c1a\u672a\u5f62\u6210\u7684\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cLee\u7684\u6307\u7d0b\u4e4b\u8490\u96c6\uff0c\u4ecd\u53d7APP\u6240\u4fdd\u8b77\uff0c\u800c\u516c\u53f8\u61c9\u65bc\u8490\u96c6\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u500b\u8cc7\u96b1\u79c1\u5b89\u5168\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e26\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u65bcSuperior Wood\u544a\u77e5Lee\u82e5\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u65b0\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u7d0b\u3001\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u6a5f\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u906d\u5230\u89e3\u96c7\uff1bFWOFB\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0bLee\u7684\u300c\u540c\u610f\u300d\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u81ea\u9858\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u53d7\u5230\u8105\u8feb\u3002FWOFB\u540c\u6642\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5728\u7d66\u4e88\u540c\u610f\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u61c9\u63a5\u53d7\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u7684\u9078\u9805\uff1b\u82e5\u5982\u672c\u6848\u50c5\u4ee5\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f5c\u70ba\u7c3d\u5230\uff0c\u672a\u7d66\u4e88\u5176\u4ed6\u9078\u64c7\u6642\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u540c\u610f\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u8996\u70ba\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u540c\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0cSuperior Wood\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u6253\u5361\u7684\u5408\u7406\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\uff08reasonable necessary\uff09\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u7c3d\u5230\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u9470\u5319\u6263\uff08key fobs\uff09\u8207\u6383\u63cf\u5361\uff08swipe cards\uff09\u7b49\u6253\u5361\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4f46Superior Wood\u8207\u5176\u6bcd\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e26\u672a\u8003\u91cf\u9019\u4e9b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u7d66\u4e88\u9664\u4e86\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u5be6\u969b\u4e0aLee\u88ab\u544a\u77e5\u82e5\u4e0d\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u6253\u5361\uff0c\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u652f\u85aa\uff0c\u4f46Lee\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u7d19\u672c\u7c3d\u5230\u66ff\u4ee3\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u540c\u6a23\u6709\u6536\u5230\u85aa\u6c34\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14Superior Wood\u7684\u7d19\u672c\u7c3d\u5230\u5be6\u969b\u4f7f\u7528\u52302018\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u56e0\u6b642\u6708\u89e3\u96c7Lee\u7684\u6642\u9593\u9ede\u5c07\u96e3\u4ee5\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<br>\n\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cFWOFB\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0cSuperior Wood\u7684\u65b0\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9055\u53cdAPP\u4e4b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u96b1\u79c1\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u672a\u7d66\u4e88\u500b\u4eba\u8490\u96c6\u524d\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u672a\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u7d66\u4e88\u540c\u610f\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u672a\u6709\u50c5\u4f7f\u7528\u6307\u7d0b\u6383\u63cf\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\uff1b\u800cLee\u53ea\u662f\u62d2\u7d55\u9075\u5b88\u9055\u6cd5\u4e14\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u4e4b\u65b0\u51fa\u52e4\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u6545\uff0cFWOFB\u8a8d\u5b9aSuperior
