B. Pritzker\u65bc8\u67089\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u7c3d\u7f72\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5f71\u50cf\u9762\u8a66\u6cd5\uff08Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act, AIVIA<strong> <\/strong>\uff09\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u9996\u500b\u898f\u7bc4\u96c7\u4e3b\u4f7f\u7528AI\u4f5c\u70ba\u9762\u8a66\u5206\u6790\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u5dde\u6cd5\u6cd5\u6848\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc2020\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u65bd\u884c\u3002\u5118\u7ba1AIVIA \u4e26\u672a\u898f\u5b9a\u9055\u53cd\u672c\u6cd5\u7684\u7f70\u5247\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14AIVIA \u5167\u5bb9\u4e5f\u6709\u5f85\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u7cbe\u78ba\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u4f46\u591a\u6578\u8a55\u8ad6\u5747\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u672c\u6cd5\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u7f8e\u570b\u5404\u5dde\u898f\u7bc4\u5148\u9032\u79d1\u6280\u61c9\u7528\u4e0a\u7684\u4eff\u6548\u6307\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AIVIA \u898f\u7bc4\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba\u96c7\u4e3b\uff0c\u82e5\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e4b\u8077\u52d9\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u5dde\u5883\u5167\uff08based in Illinois\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8981\u6c42\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u9304\u88fd\u5f71\u50cf\u9762\u8a66\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u5c07\u4f7f\u7528AI\u5c0d\u65bc\u9304\u88fd\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\u8005\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u9762\u8a66\u5730\u9ede\u4f4d\u65bc\u4f55\u8655\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u9075\u5b88AIVIA  \u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff1a\u5305\u62ec\u9762\u8a66\u524d\u7684\u901a\u77e5\uff08Notify\uff09\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\uff08provide\uff09\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8207\u53d6\u5f97\uff08obtain\uff09\u540c\u610f\u4e4b\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9762\u8a66\u5f8c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9762\u8a66\u5f71\u50cf\u7684\u5206\u4eab\uff08sharing\uff09\u8207\u92b7\u6bc0\uff08destruction\uff09\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> AIVIA \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u9762\u8a66\u524d\uff08section 5\uff09\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u4f7f\u7528AI\u5206\u6790\u9762\u8a66\u5f71\u50cf\u4e26\u8a55\u4f30\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u662f\u5426\u9069\u5408\u6b64\u8077\u52d9\uff1b\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e5f\u9808\u65bc\u9762\u8a66\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u89e3\u91cbAI\u5c07\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u4f5c\u4ee5\u53caAI\u5c07\u4ee5\u4f55\u7a2e\u7279\u5fb5\u985e\u578b\uff08general types of characteristics\uff09\u4f86\u8a55\u4f30\u53d7\u8a66\u8005\u662f\u5426\u9069\u5408\u6b64\u8077\u52d9\uff1b\u518d\u8005\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u9808\u9762\u8a66\u524d\u53d6\u5f97\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u63a5\u53d7AI\u8a55\u4f30\u4e4b\u540c\u610f\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u6c92\u6709\u540c\u610f\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u8005\uff0c\u4f9dAIVIA \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f7f\u7528AI\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9762\u8a66\u5f8c\uff0cAIVIA \u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u8a55\u4f30\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u662f\u5426\u9069\u5408\u6b64\u8077\u52d9\uff0c\u800c\u5fc5\u9808\u5206\u4eab\u5f71\u50cf\u7d66\u5177\u6709\u5c08\u9577\u6216\u6280\u8853\u8005\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u5f97\u5206\u4eab\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\uff08section 10\uff09\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14\uff0c\u5728\u96c7\u4e3b\u6536\u5230\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6c42\uff08request\uff09\u768430\u65e5\u5167\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u92b7\u6bc0\u9762\u8a66\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u96c7\u4e3b\u61c9\u6307\u793a\u6240\u6709\u6536\u5230\u5f71\u50cf\u526f\u672c\u8005\uff0c\u522a\u9664\u526f\u672c\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6240\u6709\u96fb\u5b50\u5099\u4efd\u6a94\u6848\uff08electronically generated backup copies\uff09\uff08section 15\uff09\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u65bcAIVIA \u4e26\u672a\u91dd\u5c0dAI\u9032\u884c\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff0c\u4e5f\u672a\u8aaa\u660e\u4f55\u7a2e\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684AI\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8aaa\u660e\u624d\u53ef\u6eff\u8db3\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e4b\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14AIVIA \u8981\u6c42\u96c7\u4e3b\u65bc\u6536\u5230\u7533\u8acb\u8005\u8981\u6c42\u768430\u65e5\u5167\u522a\u9664\u5f71\u50cf\uff0c\u5c07\u53ef\u80fd\u8207\u806f\u90a6\u516c\u5e73\u5c31\u696d\u6a5f\u6703\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, EEOC\uff09\u5c0d\u79c1\u4eba\u4f01\u696d\u96c7\u4e3b\uff08private employers\uff09\u6240\u898f\u7bc4\u4e4b1\u5e74\u8a18\u9304\u4fdd\u5b58\u7fa9\u52d9\uff08Recordkeeping Obligation, 29 CFR Part 1602\uff09\u76f8\u885d\u7a81\uff1b\u7d9c\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0cAVIVA\u7684\u78ba\u5207\u65bd\u884c\u7bc4\u570d\u8207\u65bd\u884c\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u7686\u9808\u5f85\u4f0a\u5229\u8afe\u5dde\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><b><H4>\u8981\u805e\u6df1\u63a2<\/H4><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act.\uff08IL HB2557\uff09<\/li><li> Illinois Restricts Use of AI in Interviews.\uff08Gary R.
