Act\uff09\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u7336\u4ed6\u5dde\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u6cd5\u9662\u6838\u51c6\u4e4b\u4ee4\u72c0\uff08warrant\uff09\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u3001\u8907\u88fd\u3001\u5229\u7528\u6216\u63ed\u9732\u5132\u5b58\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\uff08electronic information or data\uff09\u6216\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\uff08subscriber record\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728\u7121\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u53d6\u5f97\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u8996\u540c\u9055\u53cd\u7f8e\u570b\u61b2\u6cd5\u589e\u4fee\u689d\u6587\u7b2c\u56db\u689d\uff0c\u4fb5\u72af\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\uff0c\u800c\u9055\u6cd5\u53d6\u5f97\u4e4b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5167\u5bb9\u4e5f\u5c07\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6392\u9664\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f5c\u70ba\u6cd5\u5ead\u8b49\u64da\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> EIDP\u4e3b\u8981\u4fdd\u8b77\u5169\u985e\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5176\u4e00\u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u300c\u50b3\u8f38\u300d\uff08transmitted\uff09\u7d66\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\uff08\u96fb\u5b50\u901a\u8a0a\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3001\u9060\u7aef\u96fb\u8166\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\uff09\u7684\u300c\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u5728\u6b64\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u64c1\u6709\u8005\uff08owner\uff09\uff1b\u5176\u4e8c\u5247\u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6240\u6301\u6709\u4e4b\u500b\u4eba\u300c\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u300d\u3002EIDP\u5c0d\u65bc\u300c\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u6975\u5ee3\uff0c\u8209\u51e1\u6587\u5b57\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u8072\u97f3\u7b49\u4efb\u4f55\u6027\u8cea\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u4ee5\u6709\u7dda\u3001\u7121\u7dda\u3001\u96fb\u78c1\u6216\u5149\u96fb\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e4b\u50b3\u8f38\u6216\u5132\u5b58\u8005\uff0c\u7686\u5c6c\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u5167\u5bb9\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\uff08electronic device\uff09\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u5132\u5b58\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u50b3\u8f38\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c6c\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u800c\u300c\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u300d\u5247\u662f\u6307\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6240\u6301\u6709\u4e4b\u7279\u5b9a\u7528\u6236\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u5730\u5740\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u670d\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\u548c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u7528\u6236\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728EIDP\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u4e0b\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u524d\uff0c\u6709\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5916\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\uff0cEIDP\u4e5f\u8981\u6c42\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u9808\u65bc\u671f\u9650\u5167\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u4e26\u5118\u901f\u522a\u9664\u8490\u96c6\u4e4b\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u9808\u65bc\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u8d77\u768414\u5929\u5167\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\uff1b\u5982\u6709\u5371\u5bb3\u4ed6\u4eba\u751f\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u6216\u70ba\u8de8\u5dde\u6848\u4ef6\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u53ef\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u5ef6\u9577\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u671f\u9650\u3002\u800c\u5728\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\uff0c\u61c9\u65bc\u5408\u7406\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5167\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0d\u53ef\u6062\u5fa9\u4e4b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u76e1\u901f\u92b7\u6bc0\u5df2\u8490\u96c6\u4e4b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EIDP\u96d6\u8981\u6c42\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u72c0\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u5b9a\u5c0d\u8c61\u4e4b\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u4f46\uff0c\u82e5\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7acb\u5373\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u5982\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u7d81\u67b6\u3001\u56b4\u91cd\u8eab\u9ad4\u50b7\u5bb3\u7b49\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6216\u56e0\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4e0d\u7d93\u610f\u767c\u73fe\u5230\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u91cd\u7f6a\u3001\u8eab\u9ad4\u66b4\u529b\u3001\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u7b49\u60c5\u4e8b\u6642\uff0cEIDP\u5141\u8a31\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5f97\u4ee5\u5728\u7121\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5b58\u53d6\u7279\u5b9a\u500b\u4eba\u4e4b\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e09\u65b9\uff08\u96fb\u5b50\u901a\u8a0a\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u3001\u9060\u7aef\u96fb\u8166\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\uff09\u7684\u300c\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u5728\u6b64\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u64c1\u6709\u8005\uff08owner\uff09\uff1b\u5176\u4e8c\u5247\u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6240\u6301\u6709\u4e4b\u500b\u4eba\u300c\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u300d\u3002EIDP\u5c0d\u65bc\u300c\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u300d\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u6975\u5ee3\uff0c\u8209\u51e1\u6587\u5b57\u3001\u5f71\u50cf\u3001\u8072\u97f3\u7b49\u4efb\u4f55\u6027\u8cea\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u4ee5\u6709\u7dda\u3001\u7121\u7dda\u3001\u96fb\u78c1\u6216\u5149\u96fb\u7b49\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e4b\u50b3\u8f38\u6216\u5132\u5b58\u8005\uff0c\u7686\u5c6c\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u5167\u5bb9\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8a2d\u5099\uff08electronic device\uff09\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u5132\u5b58\u8cc7\u6599\u6216\u50b3\u8f38\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c6c\u65bc\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u7bc4\u570d\u3002\u800c\u300c\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u300d\u5247\u662f\u6307\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u6240\u6301\u6709\u4e4b\u7279\u5b9a\u7528\u6236\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u5730\u5740\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u670d\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\u548c\u4ed8\u6b3e\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u7528\u6236\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<br> \u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728EIDP\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u4e0b\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u524d\uff0c\u6709\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5916\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\uff0cEIDP\u4e5f\u8981\u6c42\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u9808\u65bc\u671f\u9650\u5167\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u4e26\u5118\u901f\u522a\u9664\u8490\u96c6\u4e4b\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u9808\u65bc\u53d6\u5f97\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u8d77\u768414\u5929\u5167\uff0c\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\uff1b\u5982\u6709\u5371\u5bb3\u4ed6\u4eba\u751f\u547d\u5b89\u5168\u6216\u70ba\u8de8\u5dde\u6848\u4ef6\u7b49\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u53ef\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8acb\u5ef6\u9577\u901a\u77e5\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u671f\u9650\u3002\u800c\u5728\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u8490\u96c6\u500b\u4eba\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u6599\u5f8c\uff0c\u61c9\u65bc\u5408\u7406\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5167\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0d\u53ef\u6062\u5fa9\u4e4b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u76e1\u901f\u92b7\u6bc0\u5df2\u8490\u96c6\u4e4b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EIDP\u96d6\u8981\u6c42\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5fc5\u9808\u5728\u53d6\u5f97\u4ee4\u72c0\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u53ef\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u5b9a\u5c0d\u8c61\u4e4b\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u3002\u4f46\uff0c\u82e5\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7acb\u5373\u5371\u96aa\uff0c\u5982\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u7d81\u67b6\u3001\u56b4\u91cd\u8eab\u9ad4\u50b7\u5bb3\u7b49\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6216\u56e0\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u4e0d\u7d93\u610f\u767c\u73fe\u5230\u7528\u6236\u7d00\u9304\u6709\u6d89\u53ca\u91cd\u7f6a\u3001\u8eab\u9ad4\u66b4\u529b\u3001\u6027\u8650\u5f85\u7b49\u60c5\u4e8b\u6642\uff0cEIDP\u5141\u8a31\u57f7\u6cd5\u55ae\u4f4d\u5f97\u4ee5\u5728\u7121\u4ee4\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u5411\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5b58\u53d6\u7279\u5b9a\u500b\u4eba\u4e4b\u96fb\u5b50\u8cc7\u8a0a\u6216\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u8981\u805e\u6df1\u63a2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Electronic
