class=\"has-drop-cap\">\u6839\u64da\u76ee\u524d\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u6240\u80fd\u638c\u63e1\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5167\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u900f\u9732\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u672a\u4f86\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u67d3\u60a3\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u7570\u5e38\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u6216\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e4b\u53ef\u80fd\u50be\u5411\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u900f\u9732\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5c07\u5177\u6709\u600e\u6a23\u7684\u7279\u8cea\u4e4b\u53ef\u80fd\u50be\u5411\u3002\u96a8\u8457\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u9032\u5c55\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u5c07\u56e0\u57fa\u56e0\u6b67\u8996\u800c\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u5c07\u6703\u6709\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5229\u7528\u5c0d\u500b\u4eba\u4e5f\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u89aa\u5b50\u95dc\u4fc2\u7684\u9451\u5b9a\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u91ab\u7642\u6216\u9810\u9632\u7b49\u3002\u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5229\u7528\u5c0d\u65bc\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u589e\u9032\uff0c\u4e5f\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u6cd5\u91ab\u5b78\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u53f8\u6cd5\u9451\u5b9a\u8207\u72af\u7f6a\u5075\u67e5\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6253\u64ca\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e5f\u662f\u91ab\u7642\u7814\u7a76\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u57fa\u672c\u7d20\u6750\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6709\u8cf4\u65bc\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5229\u7528\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8207\u500b\u4eba\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5408\u7406\u5229\u7528\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\u8861\u9ede\uff0c\u662f\u7576\u524d\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u4e4b\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u554f\u984c\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5f9e\u5408\u7406\u4fdd\u969c\u500b\u4eba\u96b1\u79c1\u6b0a\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\uff0c\u63a2\u8a0e\u8a72\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u5177\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u6aa2\u8a0e\u4e00\u500b\u5408\u7406\u53d6\u5f97\u3001\u5229\u7528\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u7bc4\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u6240\u61c9\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e8b\u9805\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u8a8d\u70ba\u70ba\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u500b\u4eba\u57fa\u56e0\u96b1\u79c1\u6b0a\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u73fe\u884c\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u61c9\u6709\u914d\u5408\u6027\u5730\u4fee\u6b63\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5c07\u300c\u544a\u77e5\u5f8c\u540c\u610f\u300d\uff08informed consent\uff09\u539f\u5247\uff0c\u5177\u9ad4\u5730\u7d0d\u5165\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u56e0\u61c9\u57fa\u56e0\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u61c9\u5411\u8ab0\u300c\u544a\u77e5\u300d\uff0c\u61c9\u53d6\u5f97\u8ab0\u7684\u300c\u540c\u610f\u300d\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u61c9\u4f5c\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002\u91dd\u5c0d\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u4ecd\u5728\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u4e4b\u73fe\u5be6\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u6700\u5f8c\u4e26\u5efa\u8b70\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u7bc4\uff0c\u61c9\u63a1\u53d6\u5206\u6563\u6f38\u9032\u8207\u884c\u653f\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u7531\u7acb\u6cd5\u6a5f\u95dc\u8a02\u5b9a\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u539f\u5247\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u81f3\u65bc\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u5167\u5bb9\uff0c\u5247\u6388\u6b0a\u884c\u653f\u6a5f\u95dc\u6839\u64da\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u56e0\u61c9\u793e\u6703\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7684\u8b8a\u9077\u8207\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u9069\u6642\u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u6216\u4fee\u6b63\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u898f\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u9069\u6642\u5730\u91dd\u5c0d\u57fa\u56e0\u79d1\u6280\u6240\u751f\u7684\u793e\u6703\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u5c0b\u51fa\u5408\u7406\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002
